I had an old iMac with a lot of family pics and I had forgotten it’s password! I wanted to retrieve the photos and discard the computer. I contacted The Computer Healer LLC. The whole experience of making the appointment to resetting the password was very smooth, professional, and timely. SAM also helped me to set the computer to factory settings before disposing it off. The charges were very economical compared to other places!

I have been spending a lot of time going through old photos on my computer to prepare for my son’s open house, but hit an issue following a Windows update. After the update, my laptop became stuck in an automatic repair loop every time I tried to boot it up. I couldn’t get logged back in to my computer to access any of my data and I was afraid I had lost everything! I emailed Sam and we set up a day and time for me to drop off my laptop - I dropped it off in the morning and had it back by early afternoon! Sam was upfront about the possibility that my data was unrecoverable and explained to me the different options of moving forward and any risks associated with each. He sent me a link to a work ticket via email where I could follow his progress and make comments. He said he would do his best to save my data - and to my elation he managed to recover it all!! I am so happy to have my family photos and videos!! Sam also reinstalled Windows, connected my user to my Microsoft365 account, and set my important files to sync onto OneDrive so if I have issues down the line where data cannot be recovered from the hard drive, I will still be able to access it in the cloud. He was very knowledgeable, even detailing how he would take apart my laptop if needed to access the hardware in an attempt to save my files. He also gave me recommendations on improving security and the storage/organization of my files for optimal performance which I greatly appreciated. 3 years ago: I had two old computers that no longer worked. They found that one Harddrive could not be accessed due to damage. They were able to retrieve everything from the other. My wife is quite happy to have her photos back! Nice pick up and return service. I would use them again. Now: My Dell computer had a power issue and flashing yellow light. I brought it in and now have a repaired port and new battery. I also got advice on maintaining the computer and my files. EXCELLENT service!!

Based on previous reviews, I contacted Computer Healer to see if they could update our desktop computer since it was running extremely slow. Sam checked it all out, cleaned it, added some memory and another hard drive. Because I am not real savvy with computers, he patiently explained how MS 365 and OneDrive would make life easier! One of his goals is to make users more independent (yes, he likes getting our business, but sometimes we can handle things ourselves!). When there was still an issue when loading things once I got it home, he offered to access the computer remotely to save both of us some time. Because of the time I had spent with him and your reveiws, I trusted him to get into the computer remotely. Sam did a wonderful job of going through my computer to make sure my browsers and Internet were working to their fullest potential. He even educated me as to how much things had changed between previous Windows OS's and Windows 10. He walked me through a few areas of the computer where I can turn tracking systems off and other programs that use the processor even though they may not be completely open.
